Canvas

Posted in Photography at 7:55 pm by Kelli

I’ve been offering canvas wraps for several months, but I realize many of you don’t know what those look like. I have a couple samples here, but had an order for one just last week, so I photographed it before shipping it out so you could see just how fabulous these are! (This one happens to be in black and white, but they are beautiful in color, as well).

In general, canvas wraps are a photograph, printed on canvas, and the stretched across a frame – much like a blank artist canvas used for painting. It’s a wonderful effect, and the image wraps around to the edges. They are made to hang directly on the wall without a frame.

The wrapped edges are 1 1/2″ deep.

Look how beautifully these are wrapped at the corners – perfect!

They come ready to hang – no messing with screws and wire. (If you’re like me and had to deal with all that, it would sit on the floor for about three months before I got around to it.)

Emmanuel Baptist Launch

Posted in Web Design at 3:40 pm by Kelli

I’ve been working for a few months on a content-managed site (which means they can make web-based updates themselves) for Emmanuel Baptist Church in Charleston, and it finally launched last week. It was a fun project, and I learned quite a bit. I hope it serves them well for years to come!
