Seriously (updated)

November 26th, 2008

What a serious face. And what a little boy he’s becoming.

And here’s a serious Sydney to match.

Seven Months

November 23rd, 2008

I’m a couple days late posting because we were out of town, but on Friday Sydney turned seven months old. She’s getting to be such a big girl!

I also caught her smiling at her daddy. I think she likes him – what do you think?

Not a newborn…

November 19th, 2008

Look at what I caught Sydney getting into today. What happened to my cuddly newborn that sleeps all the time? And who is this big girl crawling everywhere and pulling up (sorta) on the bookshelves?

Gotta love the tongue. :-P

Potty Party

November 17th, 2008

I am fully aware that this is one of those posts that Mason will hate me for later. However, it’s cute now. At some point when he’s old enough to know, I will delete it.

Anyway, Mason loves to sit on the potty. I would love it if he would actually do something while there, but that only seems to happen when Evan takes him. What is that all about?

Playing Together!

November 11th, 2008

I caught a rare moment of cooperative play. I hope it is a predictor of things to come… although I am not getting my hopes up too high just yet.

And here’s a cute one of Miss Sydney playing in the floor. She’s very drooly. I see a tooth in her future.

This is what I saw in my office today. I think it is pretty indicative of my life in general right now.

Daaaaaddyyyy

November 5th, 2008

Today Evan was working outside, and Mason did his best to see him. He kept yelling for Evan out the window – but he was too far away to hear the little guy. Pretty soon Evan will be able to put him to work!

Creeping

November 4th, 2008

Sydney wants to crawl really badly. And she (obviously) has the hands and knees thing down. She just can’t seem to figure out how to get them all going in the right direction at the same time. I give her two weeks.

Little Cat

November 1st, 2008

We didn’t actually go Trick or Treating (I mean, come on – they don’t know what day it is and we live in the woods). But Sydney does look cute in her little kitty hat.
