We had Sydney a little 1st birthday party, and in case you weren’t there, here are some highlights.

Digging in Dirt

While Sydney was napping, Mason wanted to go outside and “Dig in the dirt.” Ok!

Then while Mason was napping, well, Sydney was looking cute.

We were out of town last weekend, and this week is…busy. So confession: I haven’t taken any pictures of the kids. I’ll make up for it next week, honest. So I have this one on my phone from when we went to breakfast at Bob Evans a couple weeks ago, and Mason was playing with the parsley. Evan put it behind his ear, and I grabbed the phone for a quick shot. This is the face Mason made when we told him to hold still so I could take his picture…haha.

Vroom Vroom

Today, Sydney picked up one of Mason’s cars and drove it across the ottoman saying Vroom Vroom (ok, more like “Rrrrrrr…Rrrrrr.” But still!) So I grabbed my phone for a quick pic because she only did it twice.

She also walked today. She’s been taking steps for weeks, but today – into the other room. A few times. Big day at the Dailey house – walking AND driving.

Awww.

I caught the two little ones playing outside for a while like this yesterday, un-posed. I mean, had I tried to pose them they wouldn’t have stayed that way for more than ten seconds. They actually like each other (for now).

Watching Daddy Work

Sydney LOVED watching Evan mow the grass today (What could possibly be more entertaining?). So while she watched him, I watched her…with my camera.
